An Aortic Aneurysm was the official word, but there were actually a multitude of issues that resulted in a nine-hour (open-heart) procedure.
Sunday Evening, I was given super-strict lifting restrictions (3 pounds max), a surprisingly less healthy diet (no leafy- green vegetables), and a list of meds that’s probably longer than my eight-year old son’s Christmas list. I was then discharged from the hospital to recover from home for the next 4-8 weeks.
I thank God, my family, my customers, a few thoughtful competitors, and my online community for the love, thoughts, prayers, and understanding as I embark on this long road to recovery.
Stay tuned, as I plan to update this page often.
